A few clear rules on what this site does, what happens when you send a request and what we cannot promise.

Matrimonio Siciliano gathers the request of couples dreaming of a wedding in western Sicily and, based on what you tell us, selects the professionals and places best suited to propose: planning, photography and video, venues, day-of coordination.
Sending a request starts a conversation: it is not a booking and does not commit you or us. No payments are taken on this site and no date is reserved.
We cannot guarantee that the date, venue or professional you want is free: we check case by case and tell you honestly. Response times are our aim, not a contractual promise.
The photographs on the site are landscapes of Sicily: inspiration for the area, not venues that are available nor work we have done.
An engagement begins only with a separate written agreement stating services, prices, timing, payment terms and cancellation conditions. Until then, what is written here applies. [DA FORNIRE: contract template and commercial terms, if already defined]
Services of third-party professionals (photographers, venues, caterers and so on) are governed by the agreement with each professional, unless stated otherwise in writing.
Guides and information pages are written with care as general orientation. They are not legal, tax or bureaucratic advice, and the guides are currently in Italian only. For marriage paperwork, especially if one of you is not Italian, always check the up-to-date requirements with the municipality, the Prefecture or your consulate. We publish no prices: every quote is personal.
The texts and graphics of the site belong to [DA FORNIRE: controller] and may not be reproduced without permission. The photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under the licences shown, with author and source, on the photo credits page (in Italian); they remain the property of their authors.
The site links to external services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for how they work or for their rules.
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site. Liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, and mandatory consumer rights, are not affected.
