We set your priorities
We start from a few things you both agree on: the atmosphere, a rough guest count, the time of year, the parts of the day that matter most. Everything else follows, instead of chasing it all at once.
Area first, then the venue
Sea, old towns or countryside: we narrow it down and tell you what to ask each place about capacity, time limits, a rain plan and supplier access. The photos on this site show landscapes, not available venues; availability is checked case by case.
We select the professionals
For photography, video, music, styling and catering we introduce local professionals who suit your taste. We ask each of them for the same things, so their proposals can genuinely be compared.
We check availability before proposing anything
We make sure your date is free before showing you a proposal. What is included, the hours covered and the terms are put in writing before any decision.
We think about your guests too
Addresses, timings, transport, places to stay, dietary needs: when part of the family is travelling in, clear information sent in good time saves a hundred last-minute messages.

Wedding planning: your questions
How much does planning cost?
It depends on guest numbers, venue, length of the celebration and the services you need, so we do not publish a price list. After your request we send a proposal that explains what is included, before you decide.
Can we plan everything from abroad?
Largely, yes: the request, comparing proposals and many choices happen remotely. Which steps need you on site, such as a site visit or some paperwork with the local authorities, we agree at the start.
What about the legal paperwork for foreign couples?
Requirements depend on your nationalities and on the type of ceremony, civil or religious, and they can change. We help you ask the right questions, but you should always confirm the current procedure with the competent offices before booking anything non-refundable.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
As soon as you have a date, because availability has to be checked. You can also write if you are still choosing the season: the request is there to help you focus.
Which areas do you cover?
Western Sicily, from our base in Mazara del Vallo: Scopello, Trapani and around, Marsala, Erice, Favignana. For other areas, get in touch and we will see together.
